PayAnchor is a Johannesburg accounting practice offering bookkeeping, accounting, tax and payroll to individuals and small businesses. TCMS, the Tax Compliance Management System, is the portal PayAnchor built so you can see where your returns are without asking.
How the two fit together
A registered tax practitioner prepares and submits your returns, keeps your books, runs your payroll and handles SARS correspondence. Fees are published: a once-off R90.00 onboarding fee per Team, then a monthly fee per Profile set by its band, collected by DebiCheck debit order. PayAnchor is not VAT registered, so no VAT is added.
Your dashboard. Return status and history, document requests, comments, a travel logbook, income and expenses, and an archive of every tax year. One Team can hold several Profiles, so you, your spouse and your company sit under one account.
Documents are stored privately, never hard-deleted, and kept per tax year to meet record-keeping obligations. Only people in your Team and the PayAnchor staff on your file can see them.
